Need help with your account, practice progress, or VIP subscription? Email support@passtcf.net. Include your account email, but never send your password, verification code, or full Apple receipt.
Common questions
- Free registration includes access to available listening and reading mock tests.
- VIP adds bilingual explanations, translations, CEFR drills, and AI practice.
- If an Apple subscription is not recognized, use Restore Purchases in the iOS VIP page.
- Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Deleting the app or your TCF84 account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
